Open interviews begin January 13
Geronimo Hospitality Group will hold open interviews to fill a variety of open food and beverage positions at ABC Supply Stadium ahead of the 2022 season. Every Thursday beginning January 13 through the season opener, interviews will be held at the ABC Supply Stadium administration offices from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Geronimo Hospitality Group partnered with Beloit Sky Carp during the 2021 season to revamp game day food and beverage options and turn the team’s ballpark fare into a dining destination.
“Food and beverage are at the core of the fan experience at ABC Supply Stadium. We like to think people come for the food and stay for the game,” said Blair Schmitz, general manager of food and beverage operations for Geronimo Sports and Entertainment. “Our first season was a huge success and we look forward to growing our team for the 2022 season and beyond.”
The concessions lineup includes six original concepts: Pohlman’s fan favorites, Sausage Haus sausage and brats, El Jefe’s street tacos and nachos, Wisco on a Stick, Big Philly’s cheesesteaks and The Meat Ball meatball sandwiches.
Geronimo was honored with Ballpark Digest’s 2021 Best New Food and Beverage award for its creative menus and fresh spin on traditional stadium favorites.
Open positions include concessions and catering associates and supervisors, bartenders, line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers and banquet servers.
